Lifting Safety Awareness Training Course Objectives:

This Lifting Safety Awareness Training course is aimed at all personnel involved in all lifting operations. There is no requirement for prior knowledge or experience to complete this course. There are many roles involved to complete a successful lift operation and each role is important in its own right. 

On completion, you will be fully aware of the legal requirements and the knowledge required in all aspects of each lift. Knowledge of how to conduct safe lifts will also help to reduce the number of incidents at your worksite.

You will know the many different types of lifts eg. Client (General) hire, Contracting Lifting and most importantly, the different types of Complexed Lifts.

• The responsibility of each role
• The relevant documentation required for each role
• The relevant training for each role 
• The different types of lifts
• Incident recording
